I have also been trying to get a hold of Marc Greene. I recently moved out of a property, now it's time to get me my money back and this guy is nowhere to be found. I would send messages to him and I would either get zero response or I would get responses days later. I have had to fix things in this house on my own because he would either not respond or he claims that he will send someone out and no one shows up. May 2014 - Not sure if this company is still in business - every line at the office goes to voice mail (all day), the mobile number for my contact/agent there Marc Green goes to a full voice mail box. I ended my contract with this company because they were chronically unresponsive to the tenants and to me. The delay in sending maintenance or anyone to inspect a water leak reported by the tenants resulted in permanent damage to my property. Now I can't get anyone to get back to me via phone or email.
