I called on a recommendation from a friend as my elderly sister-in-law’s kitchen sink’s drain pipes were rusted through. I explained her situation (elderly, alone and mild dementia) and David came, assessed the situation, repaired the drain and replaced the drain baskets as well since they were in very poor condition. The pricing? EXTREMELY reasonable, to me, priceless the way he worked with her. She cried happy tears for the help she received and taking away another worry she thought couldn’t be handled. Extremely rude owner. I disputed an outrageous bill that was charged by a contracted 3rd party home owner's association. The owner hang up on me. This company has terrible customer service and allows their contractors to inflate bills and lie about what services they had performed in a property. Terrible deceiving company.
