Chris did a phenomenal job with our leak issue in the kitchen. He came in and was able to identify the issue right away, gave a quote at a reasonable price and was finished within the hour. He did great work and didn’t pressure me at all. Even gave some good tips on what to watch out for and showed me how to troubleshoot when in a pinch. I’d highly recommend using Encore, Chris was a fantastic representation of their company. Won’t hesitate to use their services again.
