We signed up with Encore a few months ago to handle repairs to our heating and cooling systems. They came promptly when agreed, and the work they performed was excellent. As a subscriber to their continuing service, we just had their technicians, Ron and Mike, inspect our systems and gave us a report on their findings (free of charge with subscription). Jacob with Encore air came out today to do a check up/tuneup on a heating and air system. They installed the system in late summer of 2004. I am very pleased With encore as they have a high level of customer service and concern for their customer and their products. Jacob is very polite, professional, and a pleasure to be around.
