The HVAC Pre season tune- up cost $873.60 for 2 run capacitors wit labor. That was Monday 27th. I called the owner the next day asked him to come back and pull out the new capacitors and put the ones that were removed back. Wednesday a tech came out and removed the capacitors and left without reinstalling the old ones leaving us with a non- operating HVAC System.
