I went to Encore Nails and got a manicure and pedicure. My manicure was perfect no complaints! The pedicure, the next day I still had a lot of dead skin on my feet. I called back and talked to Tom who told me to come back. I told him that I don't live here in Clarkesville and that I didn't know when I would be back. Well, now I'm back. I called Tom and he is telling me that it's been to long and they'll have to charge me full price.
