Got dip nails done for my wedding here. They were extremely kind and helped with choosing my color and very sweet people, however the manicure itself was not good. They said it would last 4 weeks, they started chipping maybe 5-6 days later as seen in the first picture. She shaped some of my nails really weird sawing off part of my nail and cuticles and made my skin raw and almost bleeding. Encore service was outstanding. Mike, Debbie, and T are personable, fun, and yet professional. We enjoyed mani, pedis, and waxing. Pedis included warm lotion and hot stones! Massage chairs felt great, drinks provided, and most important, the place is very clean.
We came here after a long drive from Chicago. The staff was accommodating and incredible. I got the gel manicure & a pedi & it was so relaxing. Would recommend this place to anyone!
Debbie is AMAZING!!!!!!! I’m kind of particular with my nails, length and shape wise! She was very patient and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted. Wish my nails always looked this good.
Fantastic service; I had a great experience here! I got builder gel/extensions here and they came out great! Would recommend!
