I went in because I was disappointed with my prior salon. Kathy did my toes and hands with extra care as I am diabetic. She took her time and made sure they were perfect and that I was happy. I will definitely be back to see her specifically. Thank you Kathy!!!

I’ve been going to this salon for four years since it opened. This last time was the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. I left feeling ripped off and upset and asked for them to have the owner call me and they never did. I ordered an upgraded pedicure and I’ve had it enough times to know she skipped half of it. I also got a manicure. She basically did a sloppy color change only. She quickly filed my nails and then sloppily painted the color on. That’s it. I could have done better myself. This is the second time we’ve had problems with this salon. We decided to give them another chance, and unfortunately, they disappointed us again. My wife went there today to get her nails done for her birthday tomorrow. During the appointment, the technician was so rough that he actually cut several of her fingers while filing, leaving her with cuts on her actual skin.
