Won't be going here again. The front desk staff is EXTREMELY rude and has the worst attitude. I'd rather give my money to a salon that wants it.

If I could give this salon a zero I would! I have brought my daughter and sister here a few times out of convenience as they are the only salon close to my home in Minneola. However everytime we have come the staff changes and they are rude. This last visit was incredibly disgusting. They put Gel X on my sisters nail crooked. We asked for it to be fixed and the nail tech expressed it would “straighten out with filing”. Let’s guess what happened…. It did not! I had a bad experience here, not just once, but three times. I kept trying to give them a chance, but every time, I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. The staff were always serious and unwelcoming. The first two times, two different men did my liquid gel manicure. The third time, a woman named Sue (I think that was her name) did my nails, and she did a poor job. Great customer service & efficiency. Quinn took care of me and suggested a FlexGel set for my natural nails. She is so knowledgeable and did an amazing job on preserving the health and length of my natural nails after an acrylic set!
