Purchased a Porsche 911 from this dealership in Feb 2022. Salesman John Steinhauser presented the car and stated everything was perfectly in working order but never disclosed that both sun-visors are broken. The broken parts were left in the car. When the car arrived to me I reached out but the dealership declined to offer replacement parts even it's misrepresented... there's always something going on when buying cars from Florida... sad.

Drove all the way from Tampa to Sarasota only to find the Mercedes I inquired about 2 hours earlier was sold on EBay. Poor communication leads to bad business!
When my husband said he was going to order the perfect used yellow Jeep from a dealership in Sarasota, FL, I was thinking "ah right." Well, John Steinhauser was absolutely incredible in taking the sale from start to finish.
