I've never lived here and I'm glad I didn't. Today (Tuesday 8/26/25) was my second time attempting to tour an apartment and turned away because the leasing agent stated "I have too much to do and tours are conducted Wed-Fri via appointment only". The first time was during the weekend, where I was first told Tuesdays/Thursdays are the only days available for walk-in tours. I felt unconsidered or like I wasn't worthy to be seen. This place is too expensive for my income. That said I am responding to a review from KH about the demographics of the residents. First, leasing consultants nor management can’t disclose demographics because it goes against the Fair Housing Act.

I’ve had an amazing experience living here—definitely a 10/10! The front office staff is always friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team goes above and beyond always. After doing a bit of research, I learned that the ongoing elevator issues are actually due to the elevator company, otis....who are having nationwide issues and delays.
