I’ve been living here for a while now, and I’m really happy with my decision. I love the location and all the great things Encore has to offer. A big shoutout to Brian—I appreciate how hard you’re working to create new fun activities that bring everyone together!
Leaving here was the best thing I could do. I experience none of the humidity issues I had at this location. I also have fully operational elevators. If I’m going to pay the price of luxury, I want to experience luxury. I used to love it here. Now there are some quality issues. Maintenance staff are great, kind and efficient. I hope they all get raises for keeping the place running. It’s not the same as when I first came here. They need to do a revamping and make the amenities worth the price. The gym is subpar. I want to start off by saying that I have been here for around 5 years. The first 2-3 years were great, and then it just all went downhill from there. Elevators: The biggest issue here at Encore. For the past year, one elevator from the two is practically always out of service. For the past week (Christmas), BOTH elevators have been OOS. This is extremely disappointing and honestly, a safety issue for handicapped individuals who require the elevator.
