I used to love it here. Now there are some quality issues. Maintenance staff are great, kind and efficient. I hope they all get raises for keeping the place running. It’s not the same as when I first came here. They need to do a revamping and make the amenities worth the price. The gym is subpar. There are 2 elevators (front and back) and they are constantly out of order (the apartment maintenance are not allowed to fix it to clarify and they have to call the original installing company). I lived here for 4 years and only moved away because I moved in with my partner. The community is in the perfect location and is quiet. Very dog friendly walkable area and I was never nervous walking my dog late at night or early in the morning. Maintenance staff is quick to respond to issues. My only complaint is elevator issues intermittently and when I lived there communication was frequent to explain outages but later reviews look like it’s been an issue again recently.

At least one elevator breaks down every week/biweekly. They’re in the process of trying to fix it, but this sounds like something that will be happening for a while until they’re able to get the parts our elevators need. - At least one year later and we are now at what I believe is 4 weeks of the lobby elevator not working. For context, delivery drivers, Uber Eats etc used to be able to use this elevator to gain entry to the rest of the building.
