This place is too expensive for my income. That said I am responding to a review from KH about the demographics of the residents. First, leasing consultants nor management can’t disclose demographics because it goes against the Fair Housing Act.

I’ve had an amazing experience living here—definitely a 10/10! The front office staff is always friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team goes above and beyond always. After doing a bit of research, I learned that the ongoing elevator issues are actually due to the elevator company, otis....who are having nationwide issues and delays.
