I've had an excellent experience working with this apartment community, especially with Creed and his team. Creed is incredibly responsive, quick to follow up, and always goes above and beyond to help. As we’ve been coordinating corporate housing—with all the logistics and moving pieces that come with it—he and the team have made the process smooth and stress-free. They’ve been professional, helpful, and truly great partners every step of the way. Highly recommend working with them!
Encore is an amazing place to live! You feel like your living at a luxury Hotel! I love my floor plan and the common areas! Also walking distance to restaurants and many activities! You must come and take a tour and see for yourself! You will be amazed!
Saw a few reviews posted here a couple days ago that were saying a lot of the same things I’ve experienced living here… and now they’re gone. Not sure what happened to them, but it seems kind of obvious something happened there. Honestly living here hasn’t been great. Communication is hit or miss, things don’t always get handled the way you’d expect, and it definitely doesn’t match the “luxury apartment” advertised. Just sharing my experience.
