We have lived here for almost two years. When we first moved in we were told that the pool was heated....It has a heater but it's never heated. We were told that we could reserve the party room with a $500 deposit which would be returned if it was left clean. They now charge $250 to reserve for 3 hours.The coffee was free as well as water and even protein drinks. I saw a tenant take all of the protein drinks at one time. Creed is incredibly responsive, quick to follow up, and always goes above and beyond to help. As we’ve been coordinating corporate housing—with all the logistics and moving pieces that come with it—he and the team have made the process smooth and stress-free. They’ve been professional, helpful, and truly great partners every step of the way. Highly recommend working with them!
Encore is an amazing place to live! You feel like your living at a luxury Hotel! I love my floor plan and the common areas! Also walking distance to restaurants and many activities! You must come and take a tour and see for yourself! You will be amazed!
