We have lived here for 5 years going on 6. I never knew I could feel safe like this in an apartment complex. Our neighbors say hello, we know the dog’s names. People know us- not for the bad but for the good. Any time there is an issue we call up to the office and I have never had an issue they were not willing to put time into to fix. We don’t have a lot go wrong, either. With their side of pest spraying, fire alarm checks, plumbing check, etc. I know everything is in order. A great place to live. The team running the apartment complex are great. The office is a place of friendly helpful people. The maintenance team are friendly and fast. Thank you for everything you do.
This place has continuously gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and safe from before day one. My adorable apartment is my cozy and quiet happy place. Any time I have anyone over they comment on how nice it is. (Which reminded me to write this review!) The office staff is genuinely kind and caring and works extremely hard to provide the best living experience possible. I love my balcony and lovely view of the courtyard. Been living here over 6 yrs and impressed with Bill (Maint. Mgr) who is the most "proactive" planner I've ever witnessed! He knows every inch of this property and very observant!
