Buyer beware. Encore Luxury Home and Townhomes built our townhome in 2023 and we have since spent many thousands of dollars to fix defective air conditioning, bathroom tile, sprinklers, plumbing, hot water heater, window/door screens, etc. All of these issues were reported to the builder multiple times to owner Bill Leak and his foreman, who took no actions to resolve.
