Jim, Misty, and Chad... thank you for everything. The group at Encore is top notch and beat other groups in the area as far as costs go. Everything was handled perfectly and we were always in the loop even when we were thrown a curveball from the mortgage insurance companies. I highly recommend their services to anyone.
