RecommendedVery friendly staff. Answer any question you may have in a timely fashion. Maintenance is very fast. Had some issues and they were at my apartment within the hour. The grounds are maintained and kept very clean. Overall a great place to live
Got charged $875 in move out charges.. Requested information on charges, still have not received.
RecommendedWe’ve lived here going on 3yrs and it’s probably one of the best and most consistently managed apartments in the area, and management is probably the main reason we’re still here. I can honestly say that Kirby, Hannah, and the rest of the staff not only take pretty good care of this place, but they’re pretty responsive too. The neighbors are also pretty friendly. RecommendedWe loved our time at Encore Landing! From the very beginning Hannah made us feel right at home! The apartments are spacious with nice finishes, maintenance is quick, and the complex has great amenities. If we weren’t moving out of state, we would call Encore Landing home for much longer!
Great place to live. The people are awesome. Maintenance was there as soon as you called, sometimes before.
