Tracy made this experience an amazing process. I had failed multiple times getting brain scanning images because of anxiety of being in small spaces. She calmed me down and was very encouraging. I was panicking initially it she continued to support me. I asked her for a small request to play a selected playlist on the headphones before going into the tubed capsule for images.
