Complete incompetence doesnt sum up the total lack and disregard they have for their clients. Poor workmanship, poor project management and nothing but excuses about why their project is a disaster. They tell you its a trade issue but that is what they are paid to manage. The owner doesnt even come by to check his companies own projects when clients (plural) are complaining. Similar to other customer experiences posted on ******* this company didnt deliver on time as promised and the work is sloppy and rushed. Our home is constructed cheaply without any pride in workmanship. Our neighbors living in Encore homes are also reporting big issues due to poor construction. The receptionist is incredibly rude and its not easy to reach someone for assistance. They are a difficult company to work with. We would not buy an Encore home again. They dont show respect for their customers time or money and our ... read more
