When the daybed I purchased turned out to not meet my needs, the Encore people worked with me to find one that did. Everyone there is so helpful and kind, and now I have a bed that is comfortable and sturdy and beautiful. I love all the furniture I have purchased from Encore, and will certainly look there first when I need more pieces. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality furniture at reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and a company that stands behind what they sell.

Fantastic prices paired with really high quality, and the delivery crew is absolutely FANTASTIC! We've ordered a reclining sectional set, a reclining lounge chair, and at least 1 bed in the past, and we will be going to Encore for any other furniture needs!
KC (sp?) was very helpful. He listened to my budget, needs, and what I'd seen in another store. KC found me a mattress set that was perfect for my needs, less than a local competitor, and even threw in free delivery. Other stores were going to have me waiting days for a delivery. However, Encore had it delivered to my home within 20 mins. Later that day, we realized the box spring wasn't needed. I contacted Encore, and they said I could bring it back in, no problem. Recently bought furniture for 4 rooms here! The quality is great, the prices were awesome, but even better the staff was amazing!!! They staff onsite were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The guys who delivered our stuff were kind, efficient, and went above and beyond!
