This was a great experience all around. We were needing a recliner to put in a father-in-law suite. This was done entirely on the internet and phone. The salesman, Jesse, was extremely helpful and professional. The chair was delivered the next day, and the movers, Kyle and Nathan, couldn't have been nicer, and the recliner was better than pictured. I will definitely recommend Encore Home Furnishings to others.
This is great place to shop with very reasonable prices. All the employees are great !
Loaded up the wrong size mattress the first round. Got home and went to set it up to realize they swapped it out with the wrong mattress in general the second round. They gave me one worth $180 when I paid them $278. Let's just say I'm not a happy camper right now. Don't recommend. �
So last night our electric recliner stopped working. I asked my husband take it back to Encore to either buy a new mechanism or buy new couch piece. We were blown away with the customer service when we bought this sofa, but what happened today pretty much made us life time customers! Joe pulled up with the furniture section.
