Jeff was very professional and was prompt with his response. He was able to replace my 2008 Altima the next day. Another plus was we handle business over the phone and via text because I was extremely busy, we never me but he was still able to conduct his business professionally.

Eric one of the workers informed me that I would be able to get all of my money back without credit being added onto my account and lied to me. I never got my window fixed by this company and also, never got my $477 back. I never cancelled the appointment until I was informed I wouldn't be serviced the day of. Instead, they took my money. I asked if I was going to be able to be refunded and Eric told me that I was.
