I recently used Encore Glass for the first time and had a wonderful experience. From my initial phone call, I felt well taken care of. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the process. Encore glass is a great company to work with !!! I had a 3 panel glass door that was cracked and was turned down by everyone else in Salem. Encore didn’t hesitate to take on the job, Communication was great every step of the way and my front door looks brand new again. I highly recomend them to anyone looking to get any kind of glass repaired i think they like the challenge.
We use Encore Glass all the time for our cabinet jobs and they're honestly the best. Everyone there is so nice and easy to work with which makes our lives alot easier. They are always quick, reliable, and quality is always consistent. One thing i really appreciate is how carefully they wrap each piece of glass - you can tell that they care about what they're sending out, nothing ever shoes up damaged. This is our new go-to glass shop in Salem. After doing business for decades with another local shop, we were informed that they no longer service commercial accounts out of their Salem store. This service is handled out of a Newberg office. Not only was the quote significantly higher than the quote from Encore, they couldn't get to the job for 20+ days. Encore had the job completed within 4 days. Top notch customer service. We appreciate you, Encore!
