I recently used Encore Glass for the first time and had a wonderful experience. From my initial phone call, I felt well taken care of. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the process. I had a 47-year-old bedroom window with fogged glass, and they were able to replace the glass and have everything completed within 24 hours. I was impressed by both the speed of service and the quality of the work. A special thank you to Desiree, who was incredibly helpful and made the entire experience easy and str... read more

Our sliding grocery style door was having issues again. Encore Glass responded quickly to my maintenance request and even asked if it was an emergency or if we could wait a few days. I really appreciate the consideration of our need for scheduling. They were able to squeeze us in and take care of the job in a timely manner. The tech even explained some tips for future problem solving!

Then a couple months later it started to sag again they said they couldn’t fix it and they would have to charge me for a new door. So I called Encore Glass they came out the next day. They said I didn’t need a new door and they fixed it while they... read more
