Encore Glass and the whole team came through on a somewhat unusual project. I had undertaken a rather unusual volunteer task of protecting a homeowners windows from potential internal damage. After searching extensively for options I stopped in to Encore Glass. They understood what I as trying to do and provided great service to get the job done using polycarbonate and correct installation advice and materials. Hello I work matanance for United Gospel Mission of salem . we recently had a brake in attempt at are Mission store in which they broke a pain of window glass . I contacted Encore Glass at 8 am before 8:30 Todd the president of Encore Glass Had called me back and said he was there at the store . Encore glass and it's staff are amazing! I've never had such a positive experience with any company. I purchased a beautiful oak hutch, with glass inside the cabinet doors at a secondhand store. The doors had little plastic brackets to hold the glass in. However, enough were broken or missing to safely keep the glass inside the doors. After purchasing I went to homedepo, Lowes and craftstores looking for these little brackets or similar brackets to replace the brackets needed to hold in the glass.
