Encore has been one of the best fire protection companies I've worked with in my almost 30 years in the business. They are very knowledgeable, very responsive and fair. They perform very good work and I have yet to find another vendor that compares. Ever since we switched to Encore, we have not thought about switching to anyone else. Dana Horrigan has been the best possible person to work with, getting everything set up on the multiple properties I've managed! She is the best!

Would give 0 starts if available. Absolutely terrible experience with Encore Fire Protection. They have awful communication—never return calls and make you feel completely ignored. When we tried to cancel our contract, they sent a threatening letter, saying they’d contact the fire marshal. On top of that, their pricing is outrageous for the poor service you get. Avoid them at all costs!

Tech. came on site and not only completed the job that had not been completed in many years but he took the time to teach us how the system works.

I managed a property with a relatively large commercial sprinkler system servicing multiple buildings throughout the complex. Encore wrapped its arms around the main sprinkler pump system, as well as the systems in each building, quickly and efficiently. Will use them for all future fire suppression needs.
