Unfortunately no stars is not an option, otherwise they would get zero. Horrible company. They bought out my backflow company after using them for 20+ years. Came to do my test this year, told me I added another backflow device (which I didn't) and said both failed and needed to be replaced. Cost was over $2,000. They told me I don't have a choice, they are leaking. Had another test company that my neighbor uses test them, the test passed and the devices work fine.
