Downright awful customer service. When I asked for an explanation of charges on a recent service, I was told "the price is the price". They then informed me the tech was on site for over 3 hours which, in fact, was false as the tech was in our building for just over 1 hour (confirmed via security cameras). Absolutely no explanation of what the service entailed to justify the cost. Would absolutely not to business with this company again.

Encore has been one of the best fire protection companies I've worked with in my almost 30 years in the business. They are very knowledgeable, very responsive and fair. They perform very good work and I have yet to find another vendor that compares. Ever since we switched to Encore, we have not thought about switching to anyone else. Dana Horrigan has been the best possible person to work with, getting everything set up on the multiple properties I've managed! She is the best!
Would give 0 starts if available. Absolutely terrible experience with Encore Fire Protection. They have awful communication—never return calls and make you feel completely ignored. When we tried to cancel our contract, they sent a threatening letter, saying they’d contact the fire marshal. On top of that, their pricing is outrageous for the poor service you get. Avoid them at all costs!
