We had a horrible experience with one of the realtors from this company, Alicia Cortez. We were selling a home and she represented the buyer. Not only did our realtor have a difficult time communicating with Cortez, but she did not schedule the closing, had no idea her buyer was out of state the day the closing was scheduled, but she refused to compensate us for the hassle and extra fees we incurred as a result of our closing not happening on time but two days later as a result of her negligence.
