Wont return my calls when I question them about extra payments made to themselves and to a so called landscaping business Mayan in Oxnard (no phone number listed anywhere)! Our building does not have landscaping and asked many times to stop payments to Mayan. And only Laurie signature on our account which makes it almost impossible to investigate. Never ever returns calls or has answers for any of my questions.
Among the worst management company in Los angeles. Avoid these guys like the plague. Seriously unethical greedy from the owner Lauri to the puppet employees these guys managed my properties for couple of years and at the end I was very disturbed. Don't be fooled you'll end up paying a lot more for a lot less than you think in the long run.
