I too have experience with their customer service reps (including Marlene Gamboa) and they are disrespectful and have done nothing to better my community. We are currently pushing our BOD to get a new HOA since this one is clearly in it for the money and NOT to help us. Displeased, disrespected and agreed...overall terrible company and people. Doesn't deserve a star, but since you have to put one....
Really this company deserves NO STARS. They are terrible to do business with, rarely treat people with respect and they do NOT take care of the properties they are in charge of. George Gral and his group have horrible customer service and disregard others inputs and pleas to help. Don’t hire them and if you have them, you may want to consider another company. You want your tenants to love living in your neighborhood, not cause problems and issues because nothing is being done. Overall TERRIBLE COMPANY AND PEOPLE.
