This is an awesome company. Emily was absolutely fantastic. Always kept a positive attitude even though she was dealing with the hell of a situation.I will forever be in her debt.
I am honestly disgusted by this company. I watched 3 of their workers dump pigeons nests full of babies right on the ground at a business off of Union and Van Buren. They were replacing an awning or something, and I guess the poor birds were in the way. It really wouldn't have been that hard to put the nests on the ground, but to just dump them from 10 feet up and then laugh as they tumbled to the ground is just heartless and shows exactly what kind of people Encore employees, and they did right in front of all of us that we... read more
