I've ordered 3 items from encore dt guys and I've received them fast. All three items (2 rings and a pendant) were of high quality, although I've decided to keep only 2 rings. Encore DT has processed my return in a timely manner and I'm confident now to order more jewelry from them, when I have a chance.
