It was the worst place I have ever experienced for Botox. I got Botox for my forehead and it is full of wrinkles one month after getting Botox.
The spa at Encore is AMAZING!! Donna and Amy are wonderful! I’ve had many services throughout the years and WOW! I’ve never been let down. Quality products and amazing service from these two ladies. I highly recommend letting them take care of your skincare needs!

I went in to get a skin tag removed and was told I should also remove a mole on my lower back (which I didn’t go in for). I agreed not knowing I would get a $700 bill for it ($400 with insurance). I feel like I was scammed. I wish medical places were more transparent about their costs. You can see my bill for the removal attached (this doesn’t include the $117 charge for the biopsy).
I have gone to encore for miscellaneous ointments and procedures for the past 10 years... never had an issue until I tried their Botox. I stopped in for an appointment in May to get a prescription- and decided to get some Botox while I was there. I asked for 40 units, and was only administered 30, 🤔 a few weeks later I went back and had to get 10 more units..... and it’s all already worn off. Been going to this dermatologist for my daughters acne for like 3 years. Still almost no progress. Last round of Rx was not covered by our insurance so went in a different direction. Certainly with ALL the medicine out there, they could find something. Here’s my next mistake. Went back again. Thinking I’m smarter, first thing I say is please make sure it’s actually covered by insurance.
