Outrageous prices, slick misleading "savings" plans, inexperienced employee (not owner) dentists. My experience was more painful than a root canal without novocain. They post obscenely high prices to get you to pay $300 to join their "savings" plan. After applying the 30% plan discount the prices go down to merely unconscionable. I went to a simple deep cleaning. At the first appointment I was charged $664 which means the original charge was $863, which seemed high but acceptable. Terrible! I gave encore dental an interview a few weeks ago. Dr nick doesn't seem knowledgeable, it seemed like he couldnt read the xrays and was very nervous. He couldn't tell me what was wrong jus keep saying we have a lot of work to do. Thinking he is not good at what he does. I started thinking they pulled him outta jersey mikes subs next door and told him to pose as a dentist bozo.. Staff seemed rude a group of girls that think they r better than the world. RecommendedI had my very first appointment with Encore Dentistry of Shrewsbury last week. The staff is kind, considerate, fast, friendly, and most importantly, puts you at ease. Everyone is really nice, the Dentists and staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else after coming here for 2 years so far. 10 out of 10 for sure!!
You people are the worst.
I highly recommend Encore Dental. Everyone is so friendly .Dr Nick is the best dentist I have ever been to. Kind, considerate , & explains what is being done. They go above & beyond. I’d give them 10 + stars !
I highly recommend Encore... everyone from the secretarial staff to the Dr's have been awesome.. very polite n understanding.... they won me over....5 out of 5 stars..
The folks there were so nice and gentle with me. I have a fear of dentists. My medicaid worker recommended them and I have to say they are for sure a 5 star place.
The dr who performs root canals and other similar procedures was great but the dr who does the fillings is awful, he does a rush job and when giving novacaine he just rushes and wound up pushing to far and giving me a nerve shoot down my neck and wouldn't listen to me . The other dr was great though and was on point with everything . The oral surgeon was great as well, just the dr who does he fillings is terrible and full of himself .
