If it wasn’t for Terry (Vice President of Encore Dentals in NJ, PA & DE) I don’t know what my son would have done over the winter break as he was in agonizing tooth pain. Terry was absolutely phenomenal. She even checked in with me multiple times to see how everything was going with my son making sure he got the first available appointment Monday absolutely phenomenal if I could leave 10 stars ⭐️ I most definitely would ! A++++++

I would have given them a glowing 5 star review Had I not been treated so poorly by billing manager. I started orthodontist care with them in 2023 and have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Brinkerhoff and is assistants. The front desk representatives are friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating with scheduling. I would not recommend this place to anyone.  They could not have a more unfriendly and disrespectful group answering the phones to book appointments and even worse when you go there in person.  The dental staff are not much better.  They really need to  train their employees how to work with the public.  I’ve heard so many complaints from others who had the same experience.

Outrageous prices, slick misleading "savings" plans, inexperienced employee (not owner) dentists. My experience was more painful than a root canal without novocain. They post obscenely high prices to get you to pay $300 to join their "savings" plan. After applying the 30% plan discount the prices go down to merely unconscionable. I went to a simple deep cleaning. At the first appointment I was charged $664 which means the original charge was $863, which seemed high but acceptable. I had a horrible experience at the Smithtown Smilist Dental and would not recommend them to anyone. My 89 year old mother had an appointment last Friday December 2nd at 1:30 pm as we were getting ready to leave for the appointment they called to cancel 45 minutes before the appointment saying the teeth where not delivered. The office manager Gina was out for the rest of Friday and would not call me back. They did a bait and switch on me. They said the surgeon takes my plan. I called and asked are you sure he takes my plan and they said yes but when I was examined they say you need this and that but he doesn't take your plan but we can work something out. When I complained they said oh we will talk to the girl you spoke to. BS.

Great Surgerons. They are wonderful. But scheduling appoinments with the Lacey office omg what a nightnare. Even to get Appoinment for routine check up is A ordeal.. They think nobody works or has school. And when they do call you because they had a cancelation and you can't come in because of work, they cancel your orgional appoinment because they are mad you couldn't come when they asked. As it is great and appericated that they do call and ask if you eant to come in sooner. But if you can't you can't. But don't cancel ... read more

I absoutley love the surgeons at encore. I think they are wonderful. My husband had A lot of work done and his recovery was great. I believe that is duel to great surgeons. But what is a turn off is the way things are handled. My son has tp have a procedure from oral surgeon. You know the surgeon wanted to do it the day of the consultation but my son was scared so he wouldnt. He is 12.
