Do not wast your time here. I had two dental implant done they drilled into the tooth behind requiring that tooth to be extracted. Both implants were placed too close causing permanent damage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NIGHTMARE OF A PLACE.. Biggest mistake I made was trusting them. Now I’m left with permanent damage and pain
Please stay away from this place!! Horrible experience and received multiple stories of how they response to covid 19 screening. I was giving four different answers and the office was disorganized and couldn't find their second thermometer because the first one was having issues. After waiting 30 minutes and finding a manager to get the second thermometer,I was cleared from that machine.I was still turned away and told were not seeing you tonight period. Before yesterday I would have said yes but had the most unprofessional experience with one of the dentists. I have never been spoken to so rudely and unprofessional. Hoping I can change to another dental office that accepts the insurance. I have previously had no problems but yesterday was an eye opener!
How can I recommend you? I had intense pain from a dry socket and you would not fit me in on Sat. for a 3-5 minute procedure? Your office staff told me to take the pain killer you prescribed even after I told you I didn't want to take it. Your office manager was very nasty to me. She replied, " We saw you 3 times for your dry socket." Yes, you did, ...but that's YOUR JOB...YOU did the procedure. RecommendedThank you sooo much. I came in as an emergency and the ladies behind the desk did everything they could to make sure I was able to be squeezed in. And Dr. Gangoli and his assistant took great care of me. Pain is gone. Best place EVER.....
The staff, nurses, hygienists, and the doctors are amazing. Got my wisdom teeth pulled and some cleanings done. They do a great job. Highly recommend!
not in lacey !! I dont want to get in to it the story some of the girls at the front are nice but they aren't fair they cancelled me I just wanted to reschedule my mouth was in pain
Encore Dental Brick has been taking care of my teeth since I moved to Ocean County in 2016. They work fine with the dental insurance I have. I have gotten cleanings, deep cleanings a couple of caps from several members of the team. I am recommending them today because I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled today.
