IMO this place is a money market assembly line that never desires to fill a tooth but charge you $5,000.00 to put a cap in.
If it wasn’t for Terry (Vice President of Encore Dentals in NJ, PA & DE) I don’t know what my son would have done over the winter break as he was in agonizing tooth pain. Terry was absolutely phenomenal. She even checked in with me multiple times to see how everything was going with my son making sure he got the first available appointment Monday absolutely phenomenal if I could leave 10 stars ⭐️ I most definitely would ! A++++++
I would not recommend this place to anyone. They could not have a more unfriendly and disrespectful group answering the phones to book appointments and even worse when you go there in person. The dental staff are not much better. They really need to train their employees how to work with the public. I’ve heard so many complaints from others who had the same experience.
