Our family friend, a tradesman suggested Matthew Kwantes and his Encore Poly-Floor company to finish our patio. The experience has was exceptional...Matthew was a clear communicator, he provided a detailed written estimate and a contract, the agreed timelines were honoured and his trades people had strong technical skills who took pride in their work and brand. The finished patio looks great. This is a well run business with integrity.
They did excellent work, my area looks fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind.

Matthew and his team did an absolute fabulous job! Can't say enough. They arrived on time. They did everything agreed to and then some. Thoroughly explained every step, with complete why's. Finished on time. Pricing was appropriate for effort involved, and no surprises. One fellow was on his knees for what seemed like 2 full days grinding.
