We purchased a beautiful cherry wood, king sized, 4 poster/rice bed, armoire, dresser/mirror & chest of drawers (All in perfect condition) from Encor for 1/4 of retail price. Since we were within one day of a price drop they waived the delivery fee. Delivery men were prompt, professional, polite & patient. They set up & moved furniture around until I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Encor Decor. They have an amazing selection of beautiful, quality furniture, great prices & friendly, knowledgeable staff

A good amount of nice things. We were interested in a couple of items but so turned off by the cold reception we received and unfriendly attitude of the lady at the counter so we took our business elsewhere.

Cynthia - thanks for the feedback and very sorry about how you were handled. The delivery crew told me about your experience so I went back and looked at the security camera and we DID fail you. I’ve spoken with the staff but I know it is too late to earn your business back. I hope you find what you’re looking for and again please do accept my apology - this isn’t how we like to do business.
Great place and great people. Good quality furniture. Kelly was very kind and a awesome person and the delivery drivers were amazing and very professional. Would recommend everyone to go there.
If you've never consigned before, be aware this company doesn't want your business if you ask questions. I had an appointment for them to pick up furniture for 3 weeks, 3 days before the scheduled pick-up Kelley thinks my questions are a sign of him "getting burned". Go find another consignment shop , this man doesn't care to work with his customers.
