The WORST experience ever!!!!!! Paid lot of $$$$$$$ & the owner made fun of my hair in front of everyone! She's obnoxious woman!!! after fixing my hair color, she said loudly a sarcastic comment about before and after to make her colleagues laugh!!!!! tried to forgive and forget and went another time for another appointment! I paid over $700.00 for the worst Brazilian blow out treatment! She colored my hair and put highlights after the Brazilian keratin! left my hair dry and not smooth! I have gone here a few times, I'm not one to go every month..... it is time consuming and a little pricey. However the people are polite, professional and good at what they do. I went with a friend to her hair person and let's just say it made me appreciate the importance of finding a good salon. Have no doubt about their expertise, I highly recommend this salon.

My whole family goes to Encore Color Studio and we've always been extremely happy. Sue has been styling my hair since before she opened this salon - I followed her to this location. She has been great at advising me on style changes over the years, knowing what cuts/styles will look good on me and will work with my hair type.
