Straight to the point! The service is 5 star. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I feel that the vehicle service is a positive key factor at this dealership. I have doing business with this Jeep sales point for 7 years. The sales staff has taken excellent care of me on the front end and the Service Department has kept me faithfully returning because of the 5 star results I expect. Everyone has a smile and a hello! Better off taking your jeep to a shade tree mechanic!! They do horrible work and you will get your vehicle back in a worst condition than you took it there. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT take your vehicle here if you care anything about it. The mechanics here don’t know what the hell they are doing. Then they give you your car back in horrible conditions and then lie and say they told you things you were never told. Was told all we needed was a simple radiator and thermostat, which was $2400. Horrible experience took my jeep wrangler to replace radiator and thermostat they didn't even know how to open the hood red flag took over 3 weeks to get my jeep back it's not running right cost me over $2600 shade tree mechanic would've done better do not take your car there to be serviced
