We used Encore Catering for our July 2015 wedding and they were amazing! Everyone was raving about the food and the service was great. We met with Thomas Lewis to plan out our menu. He was so helpful and friendly and really put us at ease. He was very responsive and worked with us to meet our budget. At the wedding the caterers even served my husband and I up a plate of each of the appetizers so we didn't miss out while we were taking pictures. I would recommend them to anyone getting married or planning a special event.
