I am reposting this to get the word out. This is for Encore Boutique, which moved from Annville to Lebanon, PA. Went in to have my daughter fitted in Sept. for a wedding in April the following year. Made full payment the same day. Was given the direction that it would be in during February. No problem, that's fine. Thereafter, no contact was ever received for the dress being ordered, shipped, or whether it arrived. We had an awful experience, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Let's just say, we ordered a dress in November 2016 for my April 2017 wedding, told the dress would arrive mid to late February, you would think that is enough time, WELL, we started calling at the end of February and for 2 weeks straight couldn't get an answer, stopped at the shop twice, no one was there, the 2nd time we stopped, the owner of the store was sitting in her vehicle outside the store and stopped me on my way back to my car and asked if we w... read more

We had a great experience at Encore shopping for Prom dresses. There was so much to choose from and the staff was so helpful and didn't mind that we loved trying on so many choices. They were willing to alter quickly and at a low cost compared to other shops. There were dresses for every occasion. We will certainly be back . Thanks, Encore!
