It's hard to provde a review of a company that won't contact you, but here is my experience. First, went to the website and filled out the "Contact Us" form on Novmber 12th, requesting help on building a home theater. Second, followed up with a voice message about two weeks later. All of my dealings with Encore including all of their employees have been outstanding. Their customer service is the best I have experienced in Portland. If you are considering any type of audio, Wi-Fi, or computer work make sure you contact them. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Ray Davis
I had some dated vintage stereo equipment that worked well but really wanted to step up to a more sophisticated system that made use of the advances in digital technology and allowed some whole house solutions for streaming services. Clark and the team at Encore found great solutions for us that stayed fairly close to budget. Their install process was smooth and the follow up afterward to help me understand the new technology was extremely helpful. Fantastic company and I highly recommend their services!

Magnificent service. I went in looking for a single speaker to go under my cheap record player, and I came away with a new record player, two speakers, an amplifier, a sub woofer, two televisions, and massively improved WiFi. I got the full meal deal and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been listening to my records all day long. This is a full service operation and very professional. They came to my home to install everything and make suggestions, and my life has improved because of them.
