Clark, Jeff, and Vic. offer first rate service. Clark helped me to come up with the Entertainment system of my dreams. Vic. did a great job of installing,and was very clean and precise in the display of the TV on the wall. I highly recommend Encore Audio Video for customizing an entertainment system to fit your needs and your space!
Really loved the work that these guys did. I couldn’t get anyone else to help me in the same way they did. I had a complicated home networking set up with Control4 not completely set up properly from prior installer . They fixed it and made it right. Well worth the money because these folks saved me a bunch of time. The reviews are real.
I came in this high-end shop looking for a little cord. When they discovered it was off inventory, they just gave it to me. Very nice people.
Whenever my system has gone down I have been able to contact Encore Audio Video and their technicians have been able to walk me through what needs to be done to fix the problem plus monitor my system from their office. It has saved having to wait for someone to make a house call not to mention the expense. I would strongly recommend Encore to anyone with or looking for a top quality audio video system!
