The place to live Excellent mgmt and a woody area with great access to Lake Conroe as well as dining and grocery and retail stores.
Best Decision Great place looks just like the pictures, great amenities, Gated community, safe environment, comes with up to date washer and dryer. Love the fact of the service center and the apt itself for the 1bdroom is a very nice size. overall love where i stay!
Cesspool Overall, everyone is very kind and awesome. However, the “pond” is now filled with literal garbage from people tossing in garbage bags full of trash into the already filthy water. This issue has not been fixed. Also, the landscaping could be better. The outside does not match the inside whatsoever. There is also a problem with people not picking up their dog waste.
Amazing Experiences Love the complex! Great area, great staff, and amazing room designs. Need to shout out to Ishmael who is on the maintenance team and handles work orders! He is always quick, respectful, and attentive to jobs at hand! Anything you need they will work to make sure it gets done!
Lovely space to call home I loved living at the Encore At Westfork. The staff is friendly, the space is cozy and the location is great. Rating 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons. 1) the walls are thin. But, welcome to apartment living. You’ll find this is common at any newer apartment complex. 2) the trash situation. The dumpster gets full very fast and was not well designed, but it’s honestly no ones fault except for the property management company who chose the dumpster set up. Home Sweet Home Stacy and Kristin have been so nice, attentive and responsive in my stay here. They are here to help and serve you. Ismael is a great and friendly maintenance man. If I didn't have to move for a new job in Houston, I would gladly resign and stay here. The area is beautiful and was so excited when I saw this new build out in 2017. Peaceful and Beautiful! We lost our home to Hurricane Harvey and we were a mess with no where to go and our few belongings and dogs in our cars when we met this incredible management team of Stacey and Kristen. They worked so hard to get us in to an apt. We fell in love with the 1 bedroom. The floorplan is perfect. Huge bathroom with a huge tub. Beautiful appliances including washer and dryer!
