I have been living here for a while now and love the environment. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable, and always delighted to help. The many lines of communication are easily accessible and makes it very easy to get in contact with neighbors, maintenance, and all staff. The amenities that are included are always clean and super convenient. As a grad student, I am always on the go. With easy access to 85 and 40, it makes for easy and quick access to my routes. I like it here. The area is conveniently located to almost everything. The neighborhood on all sides is quiet and very well kept.
I enjoy the convenient location as well as the friendly staff.
I've been here for 5 years, the place is great, safe and convenient to everything. My neighbors are great and quiet, I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a safe neighborhood, everything you need to get to within 10 to 15 minutes like RTP, Southpoint etc. Great place for your animals and plenty of space for kids to play. Also the gym has been completely redone and it's alot nicer now with new equipment, the pool is great as well! The staff is also friendly and professional.
