I lived here for about 15 months in 2022. I wish I would’ve looked at these reviews at the time because by the end of my stay, I was not satisfied. At some point we had maintenance banging on the door at 8-9pm due to the bottom floor having a water leak possibly coming from the water heater. I’m not sure if that issue was ever resolved as they vacuumed the water and never came back. Application process and office staff - helpful, efficient, kind, & professional. We have been frustrated & highly disappointed with the uncleanliness of the property.
the absolute worst place to live. we lived here for over a year and the “amenities” were just a gym most of the time. the grills in the common area never worked not once and 1 grill in the pool area worked. but for the last couple weeks, the pool was closed which meant no pool and no grills. the management is absolutely terrible and the second we moved out, they made up rules that were never stated in the lease to get as much money as possible. we had nothing but problem after problem the whole entire time we lived here. peo... read more
