The team at Encore is amazing! We recently relocated out of state and have realized how spoiled we were. Ian and Genna and the rest of the team pay attention to the little things that make living at Encore better than any other apartment community you can find. :)
5 Stars for customer service, location, and amenities! The apartment size is perfect for us recently downsizing too. We are very happy after doing our research and choosing Encore. We really enjoy the many places to eat close by and Forrest Park being just steps away. I moved to St Louis and Encore had everything I was looking for and more. I love the location, amenities including garage parking, an amazing gym, game tables and the best coffee and hot chocolate free in the lobby. The real treasure at Encore is the way I have been treated by the staff. From day one they were professional and personal. Ian and Jenn helped set up Internet and printed out time sheets among other important things such as recommending awesome restaurants. 😊 I feel very much at home here.
This is our second 2B Residential apartment, and we love it. Anyone would be lucky to live here. The property staff is beyond compare and treats everyone like family (especially the pets). They go far above expectations to meet the needs of all residents; and create a real community atmosphere. The facilities and apartments are modern, clean and feel like home. I would highly recommend checking them out.
