I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other options. The apartments have extreme pest issues such as a massive amount of roaches,rats,wasps and spiders everywhere. The neighbors throwing bottles and causing extremely loud noises and yelling at all hours of the night. And don’t get me started on trying to get help for your apartments issues because you can ask for help and you’ll get nothing and still be charged a fee and emailed a “how did we do review”. I spent two+ months without air conditioning in the middle of the summer and it took 4 days to get a window unit so I had one cool room. I received absolutely no kind of compensation whatsoever for my troubles just a big “sorry” that was repeated more than an insulting amount of times. With the very poor communication and obviously horrendous service from this office I’m absolutely appalled by how this has gone down.
Well, the apartments themselves may not be the best, The managers at the leasing office make up for it. Miss Tammie and Miss Jaden are the best people that I’ve ever met. When we were going through a lot financially, Tammie did a lot for us to make sure we could successfully make our payment’s on time and effectively. Leasing with them has been a great opportunity and as two young adults, trying to make it in the world they have really put our value first more Than anything. Love staying here, Love my Apartment just want someone to look into why we pay $35 for Trash , it's been for years I wanted to know because we bring our own trash to the dumpster, are we buying the dumpster? Because if so we need a new one every year, Other than that its a wonderful place to live and quiet, Office Staff and Maintenance are great, and No matter what you call for they Comes
