These Apartmenrs started off nice and fine. Then the water started dripping excessively every single day. They have really bad roaches. They have people getting shot up. They take their children in the units to show them the shooting like it’s a parade. They make the victims pay money just to transfer units. They do not work with you on the rent. A friend and I Toured the loft with kenzie she was very nice and informative
Paid my deposit. Didn't pass the credit check to move in which is fine. Called in multiple times and 6 months later there's still no check or refund to my account. It's awful 300 dollars just gone. UPDATE: Finally got my money
Went to go look at apartments and out of all of them, the Encore staff was incredible. Everything was explained to the “T” and I left with no questions. I was given a tour and the places looked really nice! As I walked to the apartment I looked around and loved the sense of quietness I got. Thank Kirsten and Kenzie, you guys were awesome!
