I am choosing to make this review anonymous due to my experiences with retaliation. Overall the apartments are nice and the neighborhood is very friendly. However, the onsite staff and some members of corporate are extremely rude and entitled. I have been served with lease violations in the past for miniscule issues (I am aware of the policies in place) but have observed others committing lease violations that are very clearly stated... and getting away with it, time. after. time. Before applying we were told by the lease manager that they will hold the apartment for 2 weeks (till 26th Aug) so that we have to pay only 5 days of prorated rent. We submitted the application after the verbal agreement, and paid $550 ($500 deposit + $50 application fee). But during signing, they are saying the latest they can hold apt is till Aug 13th. They are denying about the information they gave about move-in date of 26th. This is the same person who told us incorrect information over the phone and now they are making... read more
This community is beautiful, well kept and peaceful. The Site Manager was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and friendly place to live..😊
