I want to give a huge thumbs up 👍🏻 to our landlord, Olivia Zhao. After years of waiting, she brought in the best gardeners we’ve ever seen at Encore! I’m so impressed by the quality of their work—pruning shrubs, tidying the garden, and even clearing out years of old garbage left by previous administrations. Even our garage stairs are regularly clean now! We finally feel proud of our building again. Thank you, Ms. Zhao! 😉
