Olivia was wonderful during the viewing appointments of the suites, and the application was very fast and easy!
I would say the manager from encore, Has been amazing. The platform for Rental applications and using a third-party rent café has been extremely easy friendly. I have had no issues. I would suggest other people live in a building like this. This is a great neighbourhood very family oriented. The people in this building are extremely kind and also the Manager, building has good security also.
Incredible service. Olivia was amazing, polite, professional, and welcoming. These qualities seem to be rare in some of the people showing apartments. The apartment was also top-notch, clean, and the building well maintained. So impressed.

I want to give a huge thumbs up 👍🏻 to our landlord, Olivia Zhao. After years of waiting, she brought in the best gardeners we’ve ever seen at Encore! I’m so impressed by the quality of their work—pruning shrubs, tidying the garden, and even clearing out years of old garbage left by previous administrations. Even our garage stairs are regularly clean now! We finally feel proud of our building again. Thank you, Ms. Zhao! 😉
