I lived here for four years, and it has genuinely been one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The units are beautiful, incredibly spacious, and the views are spectacular. The pool was always one of my favorite amenities. The community is great, and the location is hard to beat. Surprisingly quiet for downtown living while being perfectly situated between The Banks and OTR. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a downtown apartment.
Lived here 2.5 years. Gem in the right part of downtown. Can’t hear the neighbors. Friendly community. Leasing office and maintenance helpful and quick. Views are lovely.
