We moved into Encore in May 2025. The building is well maintained and has amazing views (we have a corner unit with North West view). No issues with hearing noise from neighbors above, below, or beside us. The trash area, hallways, elevators, pool area, fitness and main lobby are super clean all the time. Leasing office is very professional and there are no "hidden" fees or inaccurate pricing. Maintenance team is very professional and super responsive. I lived there for 5-6 years and should have left after 1. Insufferable management all the way from NAP to the leasing office. They are cheap and it shows!
Touring apartments from out of state, really nice place, close to downtown.
Great management team !! Makayla was a huge help to assisting me with a virtual tour , applying & feeling comfortable while doing it ! She’s amazing !!
The Encore Apts. are beautiful! They have an urban feeling about them and spacious. Gorgeous windows with a view of the city. New appliances and washer and dryer included. Great apartments!
