sloppy job of installing, had to have them back to correct problem. one year later tried to contact James (owner) to respond to a warranty question, called 3 times, left messages, NO RESPONSE. They are all smiles when taking your money, after that you are on your own. Would not recommend. BE CAREFUL DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Canister used for Freon recharge appeared to be reclaimed Freon and was from a reclaimed freon canister. Also, late for appointment with no call to notify of delay. Reclaimed Freon use Violated EPA standards the Freon could have been contaminated. Now the owner has taken to telling lies - NOT trustworthy. Contested charge but James will not back down - Neither will i. Suggest you look elsewhere for A/C service. Good luck.
We are happy with our new 15 seer heat pump system installed by Encore Air. We don't often leave reviews but felt kudos needed to be given where kuds where due! The price was almost a 1/3rd less than the other quotes my wife and I got for the same units. The workmen arrived at about 8:30 and had the new units installed by 1pm that day.
