Triage nurse exceptionally rude while I tried to talk to doctor. Cont interrupting in loud voice repeating that they didn't yet have my discs and medical records(2 mos after I signed releases)! The receptionist told me to keep my doctor's order for a procedure and give it to "them in the back" when I was called back. Idk why they thought I was there. This was my 3rd trip there-1st appt. I'd be afraid to go back and be "knocked out" for this procedure. I was later told by a neighbor that these ever rotating "medical" ppl are ... read more
I had an appointment today and the secretary said I could no longer go there because of my insurance, they let me drive 1:15 minutes away to arrive and be told I couldnt be seen! I will never go back there again!
Very courteous staff. Short waiting time. Explains meds and gives alternative pain control procedures.
