Lenin and Oscar have been nothing but amazing during this process!! Buying a car from them has been painless and nothing like I expected buying my first car from a dealer would be. Great ..place to go and buy a car ..I showed up without confirming with oscar due to miss communication in my part .and he was still ready and willing to show me and test drive the car I was wanting .which I did end up buying.. overall just a great friendly humble polite dude ..also makes it an extra plus that he spoke Spanish as well .. helped my boyfriend communicate ..thank you oscar I'm loving my 4 runner...😊
Two words to describe my experience with Encompass Motors, simply. amazing. I had just gotten in a car accident and was rear ended by a truck going 55 mph, it has been a nightmare finding a car within my budget and when I found my Corolla I made an appointment and was in to check the car out the next day. Oscar was amazing, answered all my questions, got my a car fax not just for the Corolla, but also my Camry that was totaled just to give me a piece of mind! I highly would recommend any one to go here.
