We hired them to care for my 92 year old mother! I would not recommend! They did nothing for her! They had been coming for 4 weeks when I got there to visit my mother! We found out they hadn’t been giving her her medicine and they did not help her bathe! I watched the nurse come all she did was check vitals I asked about the bath and she said oh they should be let me check them they said oh they don’t have a bath aid anymore! Between wound care for my father and hospice for my Grandma, encompass employs the most amazing caring staff there is. They not only came in and attended to my fathers wounds on his leg bit did it in a caring and compassion way. His wounds were very large and deep, but the were careful and because of their knowledge and expertise, his wou do healed well. With the recent passing of my mother, who has been on Hospice with other agencies over the past few months, these care providers were professional, compassionate, very concerned about their patients and were readily available. I would highly recommend this company for Hospice needs.
