I'm supposed to have someone come 3x a week to change my dressings after surgery. Someone was supposed to be here last Monday no call no show! I figured maybe they will be here Tuesday. Again no call no show. It's now Wednesday, I just called them and the company told me that my nurse called out on Monday. They should of called me an tell me they were going to send someone else out. That's what should of happened but didn't. I've now read this company's reviews and have no faith in this company!
Sad that I have to give this company a 1star only due to Lisa! She is so condescending when she speaks to families, she goes and twists your words. She lies to her boss, and never communicates with the families. I want to give 10 stars to Brandon (ot). Tawnie(pt) and Sheila with nursing aid. We loved y’all and my mom is sad that Lisa lied and discharged her for absolutely no reason. You 3 shine bright and find a new company bc Lisa is running it to the ground
When I got out of the hospital in february of 2024, inhabit health was there to help me with nursing staff to pull labs and physical therapists. At this time, the company seemed to be able to function well. I was very happy with their service... However, I ended up needing their services again in june and july. I was called Thursday and told a nurse would be out Friday or Saturday. That's a 48 hr window. Now it's Saturday 3pm and I have called the original nurse and the office with no answer on either end other then a call center. This company obviously thinks only their time matters and can't be bothered. As I'm writing this Laura the original nurse who contacted me text me and said they will be out Sunday now!! It's 3:12 pm on Saturday. Unreal what a $%*%># way of doing business
