Very uneven in scheduling. Some very good therapists and some very poor therapists. I don’t know how to compare with others but overall there must be be better places.
Enhabit Home Health completely mismanaged my 93-year-old mother’s care after she was released from the hospital. It started with a nurse who surprised my mother with a visit one morning without notifying me because there was no contact info listed on her paperwork. There was no clear communication about PT visits and the OT who did an assessment never got authorization to see her. Would not recommend this company. They could not deliver any promises they gave us. Had problems getting meds. Getting an CNA to come out. Office staff didn't seem to know what was going on.
The care given to me by the PT professional, Donterrius, & the OT professional, Bianca, was outstanding. They both treated me with the utmost care & compassion. Donterrius especially went the extra mile calling my doctor’s clinical staff to get the help I needed. I would recommend Enhabit to anyone given the care & attention I received.
