We are a medical family (doctors and nurses). Between my father and his children we have over 200 years of medical experience. When our hospice nurse, Mary, made an appointment to meet my father and I in dad's home I wondered what this young nurse and Enhabit had to offer to our family. That was nearly 4 months ago. I couldn't have asked for a better hospice company to care for my loved one. I am so glad my co worker recommended Encompass. They were always there when needed for both my loved one and my family. The nurse was great about providing education and support during the passing process. They have checked on me a couple times since the death and always show compassion. I can't thank this company enough for making a hard situation bearable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A nurse came to assess my great grandmother on a Tuesday for hospice, promised the world and said she would call the next day to let us know if she was appropriate for hospice. We did not get a call the next day, or the day after. We called the company phone number and left messages over and over only to finally get a call back on Friday.
